Walked in and was greeted by Oliver (great dude) he helped me find the bike I was looking for and gave me all the information possible!
Alex (the owner) took over and was very nice and helpful. He gave us the walkout price on the motorcycle (no hidden fees, no bait and swap) and was very helpful about warranty, and anything and everything I wanted to know.
I went to sign paper work and he had everything ready to go and it all went very smoothly.
The neighboring business "Js speed shop" put on all my mods and got everything looking perfect before I brought the bike home! Lenon (the owner of LX speed shop) was very helpful and professional!

Just bought new bike and couldn't be more happy about the bike and customer service. Very friendly and fast with the whole buying process. My new bike had low fuel and Kenny handed me $20 so I could fuel up and ride my new bike home. Not something a larger more associated dealership would do. This place rocks and I will definitely be coming back to Onyx Moto in the near future for bikes and parts!

I had spend months seeking this Crossplane Yamaha R1 till i found your ads .I was still not sure how possible it was shipping the bike to Russia, after chatting on whats App with Alex and he explain to me how the entire shipping process works, I decided to take a risk. Now my bike is here. I could hold my joy but testify your goodness Alex. It all work out as you told me. It wasn't stressful and now I got a bike that makes a difference among my friends and cheap.
